My Story

I’m Lauren T. — the founder of The Glass Shatterer — a woman who knows the weight of ambition, heart, and purpose — and what it means to carry all three at once.

Throughout my career, I’ve earned CEO leadership titles, received prestigious honors, and been recognized with awards like Business Leader of the Year and Top Ten Influencer in Business. I was awarded an honorary doctorate — a milestone my younger self could hardly have imagined — and delivered a commencement address to a stadium full of graduates, beach balls soaring overhead as I offered words I hoped would take root.

I’ve spoken on stages across the country, led global panels alongside some of the most influential names in business, and served on major boards — including a publicly traded investment company.

(And yes, when the workday winds down, I proudly serve as personal assistant to a black-and-white diva disguised as a cat.)

But none of those milestones truly define who I am.

About a year ago, I felt a shift —
a restlessness I couldn’t ignore,
like a steady tap on the shoulder, urging me to step into what was next.

So I listened.

I became a certified five-time success coach and committed myself to helping early-career women rise — to be seen, heard, and recognized — drawing from everything I witness daily at the highest levels of business leadership.

But the call didn’t stop there.

It reached deeper into my personal life, calling me toward something more lasting.
Toward dreams I had carried quietly, now ready to be realized.

I am embracing my purpose as a philanthropist — committed to making an impact far beyond my own career — and determined to help shape a future where women can lead with confidence and purpose.
